Selected from small experimental lots and competition coffees, the Champion Selection Series reflects MY LIBERICA’s ongoing exploration of flavour through controlled fermentation and drying. Our Dark Room processing carefully manages temperature, humidity and drying conditions to develop clarity, sweetness and complexity in the cup.

From bright fruit and delicate florals to winey depth and intriguing spice, each coffee offers a different perspective on Liberica. All four selections are medium roasted, with each bottle containing a measured 20g portion for one brew.
