Delivery Availability

We currently deliver to the following regions:

• West Malaysia
• East Malaysia (Sabah, Sarawak & Labuan)
• Singapore

If you reside outside these regions but wish to purchase our products, please contact our customer service team for further assistance.

Delivery Partners

Your parcels will be delivered using MY LIBERICA Company’s appointed delivery courier company, ensuring reliable and efficient service.

Delivery Schedule

• Shipment dispatch is available from Monday to Friday during office hours, excluding Public Holidays.
• Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays are not considered working days.
• Orders will typically be delivered within the following timeframes:
  • West Malaysia: 3-5 working days
  • East Malaysia: 5-7 working days
  • Singapore: 8-10 working days

Shipping Rates

For West Malaysia:

• Orders below RM80: RM8
• Orders RM80 & Above: Free Shipping

For East Malaysia:

• Orders below RM130: RM15
• Orders RM130 & Above: Free Shipping

For Singapore:

• Orders below RM250: RM60
• Orders RM250 & Above: Free Shipping

Once payment for your order has been made, changes to the delivery address are not allowed. Please ensure that the delivery address provided during checkout is accurate and up to date.
