1. General Terms & Conditions
- Advance Booking Only: All tours are strictly by Online Reservation or WhatsApp at least 48 hours in advance. No walk-ins are permitted.
- Punctuality: Guests are required to arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled tour. Late arrivals may result in a shortened experience or forfeiture without refund to ensure the schedule of other guests is maintained.
- Safety & Conduct: My Liberica is a working plantation. Guests must follow the guide’s instructions at all times. Please wear appropriate footwear (closed-toe shoes) and sun protection.
- Supervision of Minors: Children (aged under 12) must be supervised by an adult at all times, especially during the Harvesting Game or Brewing Workshop.
- Natural Environment: As an outdoor farm, My Liberica is not responsible for bites, stings, or weather-related discomfort. Tours proceed in light rain (ponchos provided/encouraged) but may be paused during heavy storms or lightning.
- Mill Operations: Our processing mill is a functional facility. Specific machinery may or may not be in operation during your visit.

3. Disclaimer for the Harvest Game in Coffee Guardian Experience
- Reward Redemption: The product discount earned during the harvesting game is valid for same-day redemption only at the My Liberica farm store and cannot be exchanged for cash or used at any other stores.
4. Media Release
- Photography: By participating, guests consent to My Liberica using photographs/videos taken during the tour for promotional purposes on social media or our Official Website. If you prefer not to be filmed, please inform your guide upon arrival.
5. Visitor Liability Disclaimer
- Assumption of Risk: By entering the premises, visitors acknowledge that My Liberica is a working plantation with inherent natural and operational risks. These include, but are not limited to, uneven terrain, tripping hazards, insects, sun exposure, and the use of agricultural or brewing tools. Visitors participate in all activities (including the Harvesting Game and Brewing Workshop) at their own risk.
- Personal Injury & Loss: My Liberica, its owners, and staff shall not be held liable for any personal injury, illness, or death, nor for any loss or damage to personal property occurring during the tour, workshop, or while on the plantation grounds.
- Supervision of Minors: Parents or guardians are solely responsible for the safety and conduct of children (aged under 12). Children must remain under adult supervision at all times, particularly near processing machinery and hot brewing equipment.
- Health & Allergies: Visitors are responsible for disclosing any severe allergies (e.g., bees, dust, or food/beverage allergies) prior to the tasting segment. My Liberica is not liable for allergic reactions resulting from the consumption of provided coffee, tea, chocolate, or refreshments.
- Appropriate Attire: For safety, visitors must wear appropriate footwear (closed-toe shoes/sneakers). My Liberica reserves the right to deny participation in certain farm activities if a visitor’s attire is deemed unsafe, with no refund provided.
- Adherence to Instructions: Visitors must strictly follow all safety briefings and guide instructions. Any injury resulting from the misuse of farm tools or unauthorized entry into “Staff Only” zones is the sole responsibility of the visitor.
